Bed and Breakfast

Bed and Breakfast charges are per person, and based on 2 people sharing a room.

Children between the ages of 5 - 16 years are charged half price, providing they are sharing with 2 adults.

Children between 16 - 18 will have a reduction of £10 on full price, providing they are sharing with 2 adults.

In the case of children sharing with 1 adult, the first child will be charged full price.

Single occupancy (when available) will incur a £15 surcharge.

One night stays (when available) will incur a £10 surcharge per room.

 

 

 

Off Season

1st November - 28th February (excluding Xmas/ New year )

 

Family Room - £30pp (min charge £75)

Double / Twin room - £32.50 pp

Kingsize room - £35 pp

 

 

In Season

(1st March - 31st October)

 

Family Room - £32.50pp (min charge £80)

Double / Twin Room - £35 pp

Kingsize room - £37.50 pp

 

 

A non-refundable deposit of £20 per room per night is required to secure the reservation.  Deposits must be received within 7 days of the reservation being placed,

or the reservation will be void.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date will be liable for full payment,

unless we are able to re-book the room.
